This policy applies to cobaltbranchlabs.com. It explains the data practices of this informational website and distinguishes them from data stored by the TranslateGuard plugin on a WordPress website.
Data collected by this website
Cobalt Branch Labs does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, user accounts, newsletter forms, payment forms, or a contact form to this website. It does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, payment information, or WooCommerce store data through the website.
The hosting and delivery platform may process ordinary technical information—such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs—to deliver and protect the service. Those platform practices are governed by the hosting provider’s privacy policy .
Email enquiries
The Contact and Support page includes a link to email Cobalt Branch Labs directly. Clicking it opens your own email application; the website does not receive or store the message.
If you choose to email, your name, email address, message, and any other information you include are processed by the relevant email providers and received in the Cobalt Branch Labs destination inbox. The information is used only to review and respond to the enquiry, investigate a reported issue, or maintain essential support and security records. It is not added to a marketing list or sold.
Cookies and local storage
The Cobalt Branch Labs website code does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies and does not use browser storage for visitor profiles. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technologies for service delivery, abuse prevention, or security.
Embedded demonstration videos
Plugin pages may include YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. When the player loads or you play a video, Google and YouTube may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and interaction with the player. Their processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy . Cobalt Branch Labs does not use the player for advertising or maintain a visitor profile from video activity.
External websites
This website links to WordPress.org, YouTube, WooCommerce, and Polylang documentation. Those services operate independently and apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.
TranslateGuard plugin data
TranslateGuard scans run on the administrator’s WordPress website. Product data is not sent to Cobalt Branch Labs or an external TranslateGuard service. Findings and scan history are stored in that WordPress database, and the site administrator controls retention and deletion. TranslateGuard does not include telemetry.
Changes and questions
This page will be updated before analytics, newsletters, payments, contact forms, or other data-collecting features are introduced. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of an email, use the Contact and Support page.
